1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, buying a plan, or continuing to use ProfitSync POD, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to form a contract. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. The service
ProfitSync POD helps Etsy sellers who use Printify review sales, fees, fulfillment costs, advertising costs, profit, and suggested prices. You can connect shops through Etsy and Printify. ProfitIQ, the AI assistant, explains figures that ProfitSync has already calculated.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your sign-in details and connection keys confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must have the right to connect each Etsy and Printify account you link.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse ProfitSync POD. This includes using it unlawfully; for fraud or spam; to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; to upload malware; to probe, scan, or interfere with security; to scrape or extract the service; or to bypass usage limits. You must not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.
5. AI and financial information
ProfitIQ responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check important figures before relying on them. ProfitSync POD provides business information, not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. It is not suitable for regulated professional advice without qualified oversight. You are responsible for your questions, verifying answers, and how you use them.
Profit, price, and advertising figures depend on the data available from connected services. Some figures may be marked as estimates. Information is not a recommendation to buy or sell an investment.
Do not use AI to create illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or infringing material, or to bypass safety controls through jailbreaking. You must have rights to all content you submit. You retain your rights in inputs; to the extent permitted by law, we do not claim ownership of outputs you receive. Outputs may not be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection.
We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts for misuse or repeated infringement. Rights holders may request review or removal of infringing material by contacting the seller with identification of the work, the material complained of, and evidence of their rights. 6. Ownership and licence
Anna Wallace owns ProfitSync POD, including its software, documentation, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan. You keep ownership of your shop data. You allow us to store and process it only to provide and support the service.
7. Payments and our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You keep access through the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
8. Availability
We do not guarantee that ProfitSync POD will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Etsy, Printify, and other services may change or limit the data they provide.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. When access ends, we may delete or anonymise your data after a reasonable period, unless we must keep it by law.
10. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, without implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, death, or personal injury.
11. Other terms
You will compensate us for claims caused by your unlawful use or violation of these terms. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it as part of a business sale or reorganisation. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms by posting a new version.
