How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our reseller, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and find your order using the email address used at checkout. You can also contact our support team at Profitsyncco@gmail.com.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of your paid period. Cancelling is separate from requesting a refund.
